For todays project I wanted to show a project that I created from a Stamp Set that I had won at a card party. The challenge for this blog is to create Customer Cards for every order that I receive. This card is such a fun fold that I recently learned it's a peek a boo card and I had so much fun making it. If you are interested in receiving one of these cards just place an order at https://1phatchic.stampinup.net/ and use hostess code:6UVQ97YP and I'll be happy to send one of these to you.
Base 8 1/2" x5 1/2" score at 2 1/8" turn and score at 2 1/8"
Base Panel 5 1/4" x 1 3/4"
Panel 5" x 1 1/2"
Base Scallop Largest Layering Circle Die 3 1/16"
Base Whisper White Circle 2 15/16"
Inside Base Scallop 2 13/16"
Inside Whisper White 2 1/16"
Whisper White Scrap
Whisper White 5 1/4" x 4"
Adhere the panels together and then adhere to the base pieces.
Stamp the Bow on a piece of Whisper White cardstock scrap. Color using the Cherry Cobbler Blends light and dark. Stamp the holly leaves from the stamp set on the base scallop. Color the holly leaves with Just Jade light and dark. Punch out the bow and adhere with dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment and additional holly leaf on smaller base Whisper White circle. Color the holly leaf in with Just Jade light and dark blends.
Adhere the small Whisper White circle to the smaller base scallop. On the right side of the underneath of the scallop place glue. Center on right panel and adhere. Make sure that no glue gets on base insert.
Adhere top scallop by putting glue on the left half of the back of the scallop. Center on the middle of the card. Make sure and use glue so that you have wiggle room to center directly so when the panel is closed it covers the scallop on the right.
Adhere card insert.
Embellish as desired.
