Mother's Day Part 2

Card

This is part two of my Mother's Day class being held at the Citizens Center on the 21st of this month. I can't wait to see everyone there. Stampin' Up!'s retirement list will be out tomorrow and I will get to see the catalog online in the afternoon. I am so excited to share with you all the new items. I don't want to get ahead of myself. This Succulent Garden Stamp Set, paper, ribbon, and dies are incredible you don't want to miss out because I believe that they are retiring in a few short weeks. Make sure and get yours while supplies are available.

Shadow Box Project

Shadow box2

Happy Stamping Sunday. Can you believe that it already April? Where does time go? This month's get together at the Citizen's Center is on the 21st from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Be sure to RSVP on my website at www.1phatchic.stampinup.net so we have enough supplies if you are attending the class portion. I have a few members that have lost their mom's so this Mother's Day will be a little delicate. Keeping those ladies in mind I designed a shadowbox project that will be a great gift for anyone or just to preserve that special moment for themselves.

Easter Card Swap

Peek a boo peach

I am part of a group called Maryland Stampers. We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the Delmarva region and we have a few from PA, NJ and even England. Each month we have a swap which is a great way to get samples for all of you to see using different stamp sets with a different perspective. This month I was inspired by my memories of my childhood pediatrician. In his office he had these beautiful displays of sugar eggs. I loved doing the diorama effect with this card. If you would like to receive one of these cards leave a comment below and I will randomly choose two people to send the card to. Please email me your address at 1phatchicdesign@gmail.com.

Pocket Card

Sweet

I am so excited to announce that I have just recently promoted to Silver! Thanks Cheryl and Tena! In doing so I am having to think about Stamping in a different way. One of the things I am working on for this stamping year is keeping them simple and clean. This card is one that I designed based on another card that I did recently at a Bingo event at my upline's house. Thanks for the idea Margaret. I made this card for my daughter's sister. She is such a sweet little girl and we are going to visit her next week and I wanted to send her a little something before we got there. She's so cute she has a calendar and is counting down the days. I made this card in several different ways for several different occasions. Take the tutorial and make it yours and feel free to link you pictures up in the comments. Make sure to check out the actual making of the card on my YouTube Channel in the option above I usually have all videos posted by 8pm on Sundays.

Easter Egg Carton for a teen

Egg carton

I just got done shooting the video for this beauty. I used sweet sugarplum to make a sweet egg carton for my teen daughter's easter basket. The glimmer paper used here is from the Sale A Bration catalog. Be sure and check out my video on my YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPJUVZVBC4gGPR5ZSo9SAEg
