Stamp Club project

Stamp club suite

Here is our next club's projects. It's a Happy Birthday night. Thank you for the inspiration for the lightbulb card at Debbies Designs over on Blogspot. The Botanical Builder is an excellent way to use up those scraps of wonderful glimmer paper you have laying around.

Pop of Paradise

Front

I am participating in a catalog swap. My chosen stamp set was Pop of Paradise. As usual as I sat down to begin designing in my head it was going to be one way and in the end it was a completely different story.

Water Color and Reflection

Flamingo

I am working on learning the art of stamping and watercolor. Here is my first attempt at reflection.

Watercolor Vintage Leaves

Watercolor

I am part of a regional team and we host a group on FB called Maryland Stampers. Every other week we have a Sketch and there is a prize for the best card. I am in charge of sending out the prize and this was my card for the winner this week. I have been following Mimi A La Carte lately and want to learn to stamp like she does. Here is my first attempt.

On Stage 2016

Good Morning.  Let me start off with a moment of jealousy.  I am in Virginia and not in Salt Lake City UT where Onstage is happening and the new catalog is in the hands of many demonstrators.  But alas,  I  am here and can share a sneak peek of some of the new colors.  Whoot Whoot..

Photo Card Father's Day

Father s day pic card

This is the last project for my May Club. It's a wonderful little Father's day card that hold pictures. The weight of the card allows it to remain open for the receiver to enjoy the pictures for years to come.

Masculine Card

I have been doing a lot of research lately so that I can use some new techniques with my stamping. Thank you to my friend Cathy Williams ( http://inkingitupwithcathy.blogspot.com/) for introducing me to your way of doing boards for the cards. I fell in love with the Star framelits the day I watched a video that has consumed me on You Tube a simple concept using the framelits so I put it into practice with this star card. I have been trying to use up my scraps from clubs past in different ways so I have an alternative card in the instructions. Be sure and check it out.
