Watercolor Thank you
This wonderfully simple watercolor Thank you is a great way to use your watercolor pencil skills to wow everyone. With my new favorite stamp set "Double Take" by Stampin Up! is so elegant and easy to use.
Color your piece of watercolor paper in an ombre style with watercolor pencils. I used Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo, and Rich Razzleberry. Make sure and color darker for more vibrancy.
Apply water to your whole project moving across the color lines and then down to get the ombre effect.
Heat with a heat tool gun to dry make sure to dry on both sides to lessen the curling effect.
Stamp your greeting. I used Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry.
Cut the watercolor piece down to 5 1/4 x 4 and rip the bottom edge for effect.
Tie your ribbon around the watercolor paper.
Adhere to a Very Vanilla card base and you have a wonderfully easy thank you card that looks like it took tons of time to make.
