Easter Bunny Egg Crate

Easter2

Here is the second make and take for our 2nd bi-annual Southern Maryland Spring Regional Gathering. I love the easter egg holder and can't wait to show off this fun and simple project that you and your customers are sure to love.

Spritz the egg carton with the Spritzer filled with your choice of reinker I used 10 drops and fill the remainder with rubbing alcohol.

Cut your Peak A boo Peach Ribbon 4"

3 peach

Cut your piece of Peek A Boo Peach at 3"

Banner

Using the Tasty Treat DSP and the Banner Framelit cut a banner for your saying.

Large stitched shape

Using the Large Stitched Oval Shape cut out a piece using Tempting Turquoise.

White stitched

Cut a the grass out using the grass from the Easter framelit set. Then run back through the big shot using the 2nd to largest stitched oval framelit making your grass smaller. I put my piece of whisper white behind the grass piece and cut two ovals at once.

Strip

Cut a strip 2" x 12 out of the Tasty Treat DSP for your belly band. This piece won't go all the way around and touch. No worries it will attach to the lag oval piece and you'll never see that it doesn't touch.

Stamp your bunny on Whisper White with Memento Ink. Decorate your bunny with the incolor markers. Stamp your carrot on the same piece using the Markers. Using the Easter Framelits cut out your bunny and carrott.

Stamp your sentiment on your banner. Fill your egg carton with faux grass and yummy treats and then close to Decorate. Then when all of your pieces are together you have an adorable treat just about anyone would like to receive.
